Hi,
I am building a new Jamf Pro Server which is going to take over the old server once operational. Can I use the activation code when setting this up without any impact to the existing server?

You should be able to use it, but I would check with your Customer Success Manager to be sure. You can also request a dev key which you can use until you migrate to the new server.
