I try to add the app screen recorder to in iPad. Tipping on the "+" sign on the screen has no effect. It is not possible to add or delete items.
Is there a solution?

iOS 18 has a issue with Homescreen deployment, If you are sending down a custom homescreen then you will not be able to customize the notification center to add screen recording I have a ticket open of Apple about this but unless more people open tickets I don't think this will be fixed
