JAMF Pro will notify you when certificates are about to expire. JAMF will display a notification at the top of the window when a cert is expiring.
Apple will notify the AppleID that created the certificate, when the certificate is 30 days out from expiring. JAMF can email you when the VPP token is expiring, but I don't think it can email you for other tokens and certificates expiring.
