Hi All,

 

I have created a local admin account in prestage and also a local admin account policy but whenever I login to it on the device it never works!

Any advice or a better process to achieve this?

    It never works means, you are unable to login to that admin account?

    Are the accounts ACTUALLY configured on the computer?

    Like, if you go to the users folder, do they exist? You can also check in the terminal by typing "dscl . list /Users" without the quotes. It will spit out the entire list of users.  Don't be freaked out by this!  You're just looking for the last few that should be recognizable.

    If your users aren't there, then the prestage enrolment didn't complete and likely needs to be set up again.
