My email is going to junk, the test message successfully sends to the inbox but if a user requests an app the self-service email goes to junk email, any thoughts? it is on allow list

+26Check the mail rules on your mail server. JAMF is just sending the emails, its up to your mail server as to how that email is received and routed.
