Hi, just trialing Jamf Protect alongside our subscription of Jamf Pro and have linked the two together via API Client and imported the Default Plan and added my laptop to the scope, but it doesn't appear to have actually installed Jamf Protect. What am I missing/doing wrong?

I also note that I cannot select the option Automatically deploy the Jamf Protect PKG with plans option under Jamf Pro > Settings > Jamf Apps > Jamf Protect.

Try first
Jamf Pro >  Settings > Global section > Cloud Services Connection and sign in with JamfID.
Then back in Jamf Apps > Jamf Protect you should see the checkbox.

Thanks for the prompt response, @matteo_bolognin, but I had completed that step as well though forgot to mention it, i.e. under Cloud Services Connection it reports Connection Enabled (Update Credentials) (Disable Credentials)

In Jamf Apps > Jamf Protect I already see the checkbox, just don't seem to be able to select it.

Jamf UI for the win: You need to click 'edit' first and then you can select the checkbox.
