Does anyone have issues when using JRA with the users that have multiple displays?
During a session it will swap between displays automatically, even thought I have auto switch monitor turned off.

We are also experiencing this issue. Turn off "Automatically switch displays" and it continues doing toggling between the displays regardless of whether the user is moving the mouse or not. Renders the tool completely useless when it's happening. Only workaround is having the user pull the display cable for one of the monitors. It's the 21st century, we give most all of our employees multiple high quality monitors. Jamf remote assist is sleek and works great when it works, but we need this resolved before I feel good about giving up on the Teamviewer integration. That's saying something, as Teamviewer isn't pleasant either, ha!

A little disheartening to see this is still an issue two years later. I just did my first Remote Assist session with a user with dual monitors. That was painful. Why hasn’t Jamf acknowledged or fixed this?
