New to Jamf School. Handed out new pre enrolled iPads to teachers about two weeks ago and they were all connecting to the school Wifi and working fine. Suddenly about a week ago they stopped connecting to any WiFi network...even outside of school. Any ideas if something within Jamf could be causing this? We do not have Safe School.

The sudden Wi-Fi connectivity loss on pre-enrolled iPads after working initially could be due to an accidental or corrupted Wi-Fi or restrictions profile deployed via Jamf School, a problematic iOS update pushed through Jamf, or a less likely hardware issue affecting all devices. Troubleshooting steps include reviewing Jamf School's management history and profiles, checking iOS versions, force restarting and resetting network settings on an iPad, and temporarily removing an iPad from Jamf management for testing. Given the widespread nature of the issue, investigate Jamf School profiles and recent iOS updates first.

Thanks for the detailed response! It was in the profile and had to do with the DNS setting. They are working again.

On an additional note, I would usually advise to create a new network profile that is deployed for 2 weeks before making a change to the network. It just makes it easier, and version tracking and possible corruption issues goes down in likeliness to happen.
