Anybody else experiencing the same? 10+ tenants I am unable to access. 

 

Believe our authentication sever has been moved again. But cant reach any of the official support channels. 

 

EDIT: Acc manager has now confirmed it is tied to the AWS Outage so out of their hands at this time. 

Jamf Pro login has issues as well. Seems to be related to Jamf Account/OIDC and/or AWS. There are many other reports on the Mac Admins Slack.

Looks like JAMF may not be the only company affected, seeing reports from a wide array of apps now. Thanks for another perspective!

 was signed in briefly this morning but now I’m getting error 504, Gateway Time-out.

I’m on US East-1.

Jamf made an update to Jamf School. We've implemented a temporary workaround for Jamf School US region not to rely on AWS services affected by today's AWS outage.
