@quenna_beston That’s a pretty vague problem description. Can you post an image of the error message you’re seeing, and is there anything in /var/log/jamf.log corresponding to the error?

Looks like iOS. Happen to 1 iPad or all?

Try changing to a different network? Reset network settings yet? Are you able to delete Self Service and re-install?

If that fails, maybe try wiping and re-enrolling the iPad.

Please check your device is still enrolled with JAMF, if yes try to reinstall Self Service .

Have you confirmed all the hosts and ports needed for Jamf and Self Service to function are opened and not being TLS intercepted?

I believe this is a known issue. When you opened Self Service for the first time, did you select Yes to allow notifications? If you didn’t, delete Self Service, run an inventory update which will reinstall Self Service, open the app, and tap on Yes when prompted. It should work then.
