we're having random issues for which the app jamf self service in ios is getting the below error , it doesn't happen with all the devices and even always , sometimes after an upgrade, sometimes not.

Do you guys are having the same issues or is it just me?

I'm getting it frequently on iOS 14, enrolling via Configurator 2 (retail purchased devices). 
Devices appear enrolled, managed and supervised in JAMF. 

Odd, that app assignments via static groups is also working.
However, I need to distribute beta .ipa apps so Self Service must work.

 


I am having the same issue with my IOS devices. They are showing in my JAMF pro server web app, but when opening self service I see this error. Please assist!!
