We're about to try Jamf Teacher with or on-prem Jamf Pro. Have configured and set up as should and distributed the app to some devices to try. But when we start the app we only get an error that doesn't tell us anything. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Moved to Jamf Cloud and now it just works. :)

How did you get is worked, we are using JAMF pro on cloud but still we face this issues
@ZubairKareem now it was almost a year ago. But what I can remember we got it to work, with some limitations. If you want all functions to work you need Jamf School and not Pro.
