Does all JAMF Pro trainings are chargeable except 100 ?
Do they have any additional discount for organisation who is having JAMF Pro?

Yes, all classes above 100 are paid classes.
There is no discounts for having Jamf licenses, but I would suggest your talk to your Sales Rep or Account Executive and see if there are any options. It is especially helpful if you are up for renewal.
+7Highly recommend buying the training pass. Unlimited training courses for a whole year for one person. You can take each course multiple times if you want/need. With the pass you could get 200, 300, 370 and 400 done in a year.
+11I second the pass suggestion - it's a real bargain! Plus, they also have an organizational pass that lets multiple people go for a flat rate for a year.
