I am trying to run recon (9.72) locally on a 10.11 mac mini. I launch the program, enter all of the requested information and click the enroll button and I am immediately hit with an error that is on the attached screen shot. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

Yes, you're using a version of Casper Suite that isn't compatible with El Capitan. Upgrade to 9.81 if you need to support 10.11.

The error in your dialog is saying the Diffie-Hellman group keys algorithms are not set correctly. I think this change occurred as of 9.73, but I don't remember exactly.
