We're using JSS to manage our iPads and have installed multiple apps (free and paid/vpp) without issue. Today, we've added a new paid app called 270toWin (using VPP) and are trying to have users install it. When they go to the Self Service app and select the app to install/redeem, the screen indicates loading then prompts an undocumented error:
Cannot Open Self Service
The error was: "The URL can't be shown".
[Close][Retry]
Closing exits self-service and retry just reprompts the error. Has anyone troubleshooted through this issue or know what is going on? Thanks in advance.
