Hi everyone,

We have a hosted JSS instance - how do we set/change the time zone?

We have a feature request for this to be an option for customers who are on a shared cloud hosting plan.

Currently, it is not a possibility for customers on a shared cloud hosting plan to set/change the JSS' time zone; they are set to UTC.

You might want to have him make sure what type of cloud hosting account he is on first.

There are two types of JSS cloud hosting. Dedicated and Shared. If you are on a dedicated instance then your time zone can be changed, shared then it cannot be changed.

We are on a dedicated instance and called into support to have our time zone changed.

I checked on our end before posting the answer to him, and also mentioned that it is specific to shared hosted instances.
