The latest version of Chrome is 114.0.5735.106 (released 6/7) but Jamf is only showing the prior one that was released on 5/29.  Granted we are only a few days out from its release but wondering if that is normal/expected behavior.

It was a deprecated Chrome definition.  I added the current definition and all is working as expected.

I see it on my Patch Management:

If I recall correctly it showed up a couple of hours are Google released the full installer.

That has been my experience too but figured I'd check since I personally have not used Jamf too much in the past.  Guess there is something else going on then.  Thanks!!

Is your Jamf Pro server on premise or Jamf Cloud? If it's on premise, try restarting the Jamf Pro server. You can do this via command line using the Jamf Pro Server Tools:

jamf-pro server restart

I used to see this with some of my Jamf Pro servers and restarting Jamf Pro would normally fix this. If it's Jamf Cloud, I would recommend contacting Jamf support.
