"Leave Remote Management" feature remains active on iOS devices and user can remove MDM profile with passcode. What could be causing this issue, and how can it be resolved to ensure that users cannot remove MDM profile.
Device enrolled by Pre-stage Enrollment.
Below settings have been done in prestage enrollment profile.

Yes, there is mentioned in Setting "This Iphone is supervised and manaaged by company
did this device add to ABM manually via Apple Configurator, if yes those devices will have a 30-day grace period, during that time users can remove it from MDM

Yes device enrolled via apple configurator. Then what will be the work arround so that users cannot remove profile. Also please guide me how we can MDM profile in iphone with apple configurator. what are the possible ways. Like every user do not have mac to enroll iphone device into ABM.
if you add the devices to ABM Manually via Apple Configurator, it has a 30-day provisional period which means within these 30 days they can remove the MDM, after 30 days they can't. There is no Workaround for this.
