Hi, i am locking my device to a specific app over time, but when the lock time expires the device is still locked to that app without exiting that app. Does anyone in the group have this problem, can you tell me how to handle it?

I have experienced the same thing
if you use single Apps mode in Jamf,
it happens when you send the command finish single apps mode when the iPad does not get an internet connection then it will be stuck,
the solution is you can use lightning to ethernet / iPad pro USB-C to ethernet, restart the iPad (Hard restart https://www.wikihow.com/Reboot-an-iPad ) so that the Jamf command reaches the iPad.
