Hello,

We have a fleet of computers, each with an administrator session and a user session. The latter is the one that is used.

I would like to change the password of the admin session. I have tried using local accounts but the change does not work.

Can you help me?

You could use a JAMF Policy > Local Accounts payload > Reset Account Password option to change the password if its a local account. Keep in mind the user name is case sensitive. There could be limitations on this depending on how the devices are managed.

Yes, that's what I did in every way but it doesn't work:

"Error resetting the password for user admin"
