We want these to NOT be able to be toggled off, even by an admin - ideas?

Apple has a new Configuration Profile payload that can be used to manage these new login items. You can find their test plan in AppleSeed. Look for the "2022 Login and Background Item Management Test Plan, v1.2" item in the Downloads section of AppleSeed for IT.

Any idea if it's possible to lock "Allow in Background" items now?  There's a lot of our management in that area
