We've locked the computer with Jamf Pro and unmanaged it without backing up the lock code. After few weeks all the completed commands disappeared :(
Is there anything that can be done to unlock the laptop?

You will need to contact Apple. They can bypass the remote lock. Be ready to provide ownership documentation for the device.
If it as Apple Silicon, you can do a DFU restore to remove the code as well.
