I just wanted to say they really helped me get across the finish line with a script I needed to move computers from one pre-stage to another.

Anyone else have cool stories of how Jamf Support came through for them when you were hitting a brick wall with things?

I’m not sure who it was but when I started using Jamf we were having issues deploying Adobe products.  I guess it was a known issue and the case got escalated to one of their engineers.  He was amazing.  He composed a script for us that made everything work and was customized just for us.  This was quite a while ago, back in the late 2010s, but it was a very impressive display of the commitment that Jamf has to their customers.

When we were still on-prem we needed to do a database conversion of our Jamf Pro DB. We started the conversion at the end of the day and the support person I was working with gave me his personal cell phone and insisted that I call him when the conversion was done to ensure everything went properly and that we would be up and running for the next school day. While we went hitting a brick wall this is just one example how support has gone above and beyond!
