Mac App Store on Self Service won't install

Hello,

I'm trying to install a few Apple apps (iWork suite) from the App Store via Self Service.

However, on some devices it takes ages, but it will install at some point

on some devices, it will install even though self service is saying "element failed"

and some devices it fails more or less immediately after pressing install.

Any ideas?

    @georgbhm - First it is normal to take more time in some devices to complete the installation. For the other issue, check if you have enough license count purchased in Apps & Books section from ABM.
