I have a 2019 iMac running Sequoia that keeps losing the Jamf Connect (2.44) window at login.  We use the "authchanger -reset -jamfconnect" command to fix it and it works when we log out after fixing it. But when we reboot, it goes right back to this. I have photos of the output from "authchanger -print" if anyone can interpret them.

Thanks!

By chance is this FileVault?

Yeah based on the screenshot this looks like intended behavior for FileVault.  Jamf Connect won't replace that login screen, so if you're rebooting you'll still see the standard FileVault.

Yes on reboot FileVault will bypass jamf connect and take you straight to desktop. Just a logout will use the jamf connect login. However if the 'user' has an account created with FileVault active it doesn't matter if they login from that screen or the connect screen.

I am having the same issue, but my drive is not encrypted. What else can I try before opening a support ticket for the issue.  Mine is a 2020 iMac running 12.6.3.
