We have installed several Mac studios at my University. We attached wired Satechi Keyboards and mice to them however for some inexplicable reason, the keyboards and mice intermittently stop responding and users have to disconnect and reconnect. It has become quite a nuisance and not sure why this is the case. Has anyone come across the issue?

Interestingly I see this issue in Windows 10 too with Satechi gear so it might be their driver or a bigger issue with Bluetooth in general. I have to do the same thing, remove and reconnect.
