Need some advice. I have a remote Macbook Pro that is not checking into Jamf, but is getting the new Configuration Profile settings pushed onto it. The user is reporting that the computer is online and accessing the Internet. What can be wrong?

I had the user, open Terminal and run:
sudo jamf policy
sudo jamf recon
And now it seems to be checking in normally.
