Apple just released macOS 10.13.3 Supplemental Update, so my client was already on 10.13.3 but got the update available.
When not applied recon breaks, when applied recon works again.
Try modifieng the .xml file when JSS breaks.

Are you already on JAMF 10.2? The issue seems fixed there. Keep in mind that if you applied the workaround, you might need to do some extra work, see: https://www.jamf.com/jamf-nation/discussions/25648/high-sierra-supplemental-update-breaks-recon#responseChild160935
No still on v 10.1.1-t1513360285.
Well, at least we expected it. :)
But true fact, modified the JAMFSoftwareServerDatabaseSchema.xml and all good, also increased our Allowed Packet Size from 4MB to 16MB 
smoothness.
