Is it possible to use Managed Apple ID's on iPads while also limiting the user from being able to sign out of that account and sign in with a personal account? I know you can restrict the ability to manage account settings but doesn't that also prevent the user from logging in with a managed apple id?

Currently, Apple does not offer this feature via MDM. Please file feedback with Apple requesting the need for this setting.
