There is nothing that I am aware of aside of writing your own tool which is totally possible. I have a feeling this is Jamf slowly moving towards killing off on prem distribution points by making them harder to manage until they make it impossible. Jamf has been pretty clear they want you moving to Jamf Cloud and using all their SaaS goodness which really has no need for anything like Jamf Admin or Jamf Sync.

I agree that Jamf would like people to move to Jamf Cloud.
However, the current functionality via web is still lacking. Jamf Admin was still used by on premises & cloud customers. It's the same case with Jamf Sync - which at its current stage is very lacking in respect to its predecessor. I agree with @Andixon the Jamf Admin UI was old, but it worked fine and got the job done.
