I have over 100 machines I need to assign to a particular building. Is there anyway to do them all at once?

Yes, pull them up in a standard inventory search, then click on the Action button on the lower right, and the first radio button option is "Edit the Building and Department", then click Next and it will let you choose a new Building for all of them. (You can leave the Department as is if you don't want to edit those)
