Hey all,



since the migration today we aren’t able to login via manage.zuludesk.com anymore (this was expected). But we aren’t able to login at our .jamfcloud.com Domain either, instead we only get an 503 Service Unavailable error page. Is this due to unfinished migration and is expected to fix itself over the weekend or should everything work by now?

Awaiting for the iPads to retrieve profiles. Hopefully a fix tomorrow morning.
I saw a note earlier this week in ZULU mentioning the date, should be a 24hr thing.


Okay, it got fixed, all working again through our .jamfcloud.com Domain.


Can you log in to a new device via remote management?

Must of been caching Zulu info


I can't agree with that. I get still 500 Error.


I'm getting 401 errors every once in a while.



I was able to log in just fine earlier today (18/09/2020 - Perth WA time), but 2hrs later and I get the 401 error about unauthorised access.
