My apologies if this post is redundant but I'm looking for a method of naming Macs as they are enrolled from a list. For example ORG-MAC-001, ORG-MAC-002, etc using the names sequentially and not allowing them to be used again.

Which is probably the best bet if you don't want to manually set the names, I have a script that your techs can enter in a Computer Name through a text box during initial setup. We utilize that script for our MacBook Air and MacBook Pro deployment.
