I want help in Patch Management --> Patch Policies. In Distribution method Two options 1. Make Available in Self Service and 2. Install Automatically. Option-1 working properly but Option 2 is not working.

  • Generally speaking, you don't want patch management to use self-service, as its not actually managing patching but rather the user is managing patching. 

  •  

  • Either way:

  • Are your scopes correct?

  • The device you are testing on does it have the app installed and a lesser version then what patch management is looking for?
