Somehow I got locked out of my NetSUS server admin console (I can ssh in though) and I'm unable to log in.

I tried following the recommendation at the article here, but I still can sign in.
Whats odd too is that the file mentioned, appliance.conf.xml, does not contain anything in it. Its an empty file. When I try to populate it with some XML elements and restart the web service, it clears out the file again (edited with sudo privileges).

Any ideas on how I can get back into my NetSUS server?

The last time to happened to us, we'd run out of disk space and I had to throw more at it. There is a good guide here if you need to do that.

I found I could SSH in, but not log in via the web interface.

I have around 180GB of free space so I know that isn't an issue

Turns out I had run out of space, I wasn't looking at what drives were mapped to different directories.

Cleaning up files and changing some mappings cleared up space for me.
Thanks for the insight!
