We installed a new SSL Wildcard certificate to our JSS on Monday. We've just realized that the iPads are no longer checking in. Any ideas what might be causing this?

We used this method to import the certificate: https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/article.html?id=138

Don't know too much about certificates but I guess the certificate needs to be installed on the iPad?

@itsupport I had a conversation with my TAM the other day and he indicated that if we move from the built-in to a third party SSL certificate that we would have to re-enroll our iOS devices. Did you move from the built-in as well or did you already have a third party cert?

Ah, that would be our issue. I reverted back to the built-in certificate yesterday just to get the iPads checking in. Guess we'll have to stick with the built-in certificate for now.

Thanks for your help.
