We have a requirements to set the Outlook on Mac's Calendar settings to end scheduled meetings 15 minutes early along with a few other settings in that section of Outlook Meetings settings. I have screen shot of where the changes are made in the Windows version of the Outlook client.  What is the best way to do this using Jamf on the Mac systems?

YOu cannot do this via Jamf on a Mac..I asked MS Mac engineer about this a month ago.  The reason was is that these settings are controlled server side, so you can configure our Exchange or O365 settings to accomplish this.

It's tricky. As ooshnoo says, it's stored server side, but it's also settable by the user, so you can override it with PowerShell, but I'm not sure if the Mac client respects it.
