I have got as far as configuring IPAD but get
Profile Installation failed, and Profile was unable to Install.

+12Hmm...not quite enough information, so I'll ask some general questions to see if it jogs anything.
1. Is the device assigned to the Jamf School MDM and shows in your ADE list?
2. Do you have an ADE Profile setup and assigned to that iPad in ADE?
3. What profile is failing?
4. How many profiles are you attempting to install at the same time?
5. If multiple profiles, does more than one have 'Restrictions' profiles assigned?
If you can give more info and maybe toss a screen capture on the error in, I might be able to help narrow down the issue.

3. What profile is failing? The profile when you first boot up the Ipad after it has been wiped and joined to the WIFI.
4. How many profiles are you attempting to install at the same time? Two - 1 x WIFI and 1 x Restrictions.
5. If multiple profiles, does more than one have 'Restrictions' profiles assigned? No
