Has anyone else seen this? is there a fix? 

 

not a cache issue, nor a browser, happening in all of them.

@danlaw777 Check your Cloud Services connection under Settings in your JSS console.

Sorry, I should have said try re-entering your credentials for your Cloud Services connection, the green check on that screen doesn't seem to actually indicate there's a working connection. If that doesn't help then I'd say it's time to open a support case with Jamf.

right, i understood, lol, diod what you suggested and still no change. i have a support ticket  in, have for a few weeks now, and theyre not getting anywhere.

jamf is calling it a known product issue. no fix in other words....

add these domains to your network config and you should be good to go

 

*.jamfcloud.com

*.jamf.com

*.jamf.build
