No option to build dmg as hfs+ in composer

I was building an dmg in Composer and selected APFS, I must have check remember the selection because now I am not being prompted to choose between HFS+ or APFS. Is there a way to clear that?

Open up Preferences in Composer (Command + ,), and set your DMG Target Filesystem to Prompt
