Hello,

We have noticed that on several computers that don't have the latest version of Safari, when we run the "softwareupdate -l" command, Safari does not appear.
For example, we have devices in BigSur with the Safari 14.0.2 version and when we do a "softwareupdate -l" we only see the BigSur 11.6.5 update but not Safari.

Have you ever had this problem ?

Thank you for your help,

You can use SUS Inspector to download the individual Safari packages for each OS version and then deploy them just like anything else. It's often an easier solution than relying on Apple's notoriously finicky update system. Especially on Big Sur machines.
