I have it set up for NoMAD Login AD to be at login but I want it to uninstall Login AD after the first login.

I used this Jamf NoLoAD to try and set it up but when I restart after the first login, the computer gets stuck and the apple boot up screen.

You would need to reverse the instructions under the Cleanup heading on that.

That's too messy for me though and it's much easier to use authchanger. To use NoLoAD in terminal you would enter: authchanger -reset -AD then to reset it back use authchanger -reset. I would use outset and have a login-once-privileged script that runs authchanger -reset and you're golden.
