@ashwina1995 Are you asking about the storage usage, or the amount of network traffic from your on-prem DP? Jamf Admin should show you the former, but there is no information in Jamf Pro on the latter.

@ashwina1995 The only way I know of to determine that would be to look at policy logs which install something to see what DP they download the install package from.
If your Principal DP is a Cloud DP, and you don't have any Network Segments defined for your internal network that specify a Default Distribution Point which is one of your internal DPs, you could try just disabling your internal DPs.
