Hi, are there anyway for me to disable all other apps except Google Chrome for macOS Device.

By default we have Apple Pages, Numbers, Safari etc. During exam, I only want students to login and only able to use only Google Chrome.

    you can do restricted software policy to block apps.

    For IOS you can do this via a device profile on Jamf School, for MAC OS it looks as if you would have to do via Apple configurator:
