Hello, I have the terminal as a restricted software for all the user, but We as the IT Team is necessary to access to this tool. We need a Policy or another way which let us to open the terminal. Thanks

In the restricted software scope, you can exclude specific users. If you have a standard local admin account on all of your computers you could add that username as an exclusion and theoretically you'd be able to use Terminal as long as you're logged in with your admin account.
