Catalina's version of Safari doesn't seem affected though.

Also confirmed on our side - 10.14.16 build 18G1012. Chrome works fine, Outlook just hangs with "Working..." in Safari.
Are you able to log into "https://portal.office.com"? We've been using that URL as a workaround.

I opened a support case with Apple but they have not been helpful so far.
I've only got 1 user with this issue today but i was scratching my head trying to figure it out. should've just checked here first.

Safari 13.0.4 and macOS Mojave build 18G2022 seems to have fixed the issue. Tested on a 2013 MacBook Air.
@gshackney We noticed the issue with some of our computers yesterday. However, Microsoft has since fixed the problem; see the link below. We have checked with some of our users that were having the issue, they say that it is not an issue anymore.
