It appears Apple no longer offers Xcode through their dev site, when you go to download it, it links back to the MAS. Are we back to the old method of putting MAS in Debug mode?

update after some poking around, you can find the DMG if you go to the the main IOS Dev portal and select "looking for older versions", it's there at the top, along with the 10.9 and 10.10 CLI

If you're an ADC member, you can access the Xcode installer as a drag-and-drop install via the ADC downloads site:

https://developer.apple.com/downloads

Xcode 6.2 is listed as being posted on March 9th.
