Has anyone had an issue of 2 separate packages that when uploaded under separate names - not replacing any existing ones - have the packages overwrite each other?

If a package with this name already exists you can click this to force upload (and overwrite the existing package).

+26I never override existing packages. I will add V2, V3 and so on to the end of the name if its not unique. I will manually remove packages that are not needed anymore. You never know when a new package will have deployment issues, and leaving the old package (for a bit at least) will allow you to quickly rollback.
