Yes, either over VPN, or with an external JSS instance (https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/article.html?id=174) and a 1.1.1.1 to 255.255.255.255 network segment).

+18Yes, its further possible, but you need to be able to have a public facing JSS, and a public facing deploy point (or update server if your just concerned with apple updates)
