Hi,

One of our Jamf admins has performed an action "Add Users to a Site" and resulted in having every known user (almost 1100) to have two Sites. We have tried to clean this up, but noticed that we were not able to remove the incorrect Site. Now all users are assigned to two Sites, instead of one Site.

When we select a random user, we can see two Site Names. We click Edit and the Remove. But nothing happens.

How do we solve this?

Curious if you were able to resolve this. I have attempted a similar process - Edit and then click Remove on users I've found listed in multiple sites that don't need to be and nothing happens. They remain with both listed.
